At Potters Cookshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items back into their original manufacturer packaging and place them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping Your Item

  Affix your return shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or arrange for a collection.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
