Wrendale describes Pearl as 'Disorganised - Kind - Enthusiastic. Pearl is always in a hurry but somehow never manages to be on time. She is endearingly disorganised and can usually be found rushing around in a flap, feathers flying, she once arrived at a picnic a day too early. However, her heart is as big as her wingspan, and Pearl is always the first to offer help (or biscuits) when they are needed. She has a passion for synchronised swimming, although her performances are sometimes more 'enthusiastic' than synchronised. Her biggest pet peeve is being mistaken for a swan'.
